My name is Elena B, and I made this blog after spending years searching for the best protein powders on the market that would work for me. After reviewing over 20 different protein powders, I found myself frustrated by the overwhelming amount of misinformation that exists in the world of nutrition. What I Learned
I worked with experts (including 3 licensed dietitians), most of which had a background as former D1 athletes.
